            High efficiency membrane concentration wastewater reuse system

            Ultrafiltration reverse osmosis system, i.e. double membrane process, is the most commonly used treatment process for wastewater reuse for industrial enterprise users. However, due to the complex pollutants contained in wastewater, such as organic matter, hardness, silicon, etc., the membrane is easy to scale and block, resulting in low recovery rate of the system. The continuous operation of reverse osmosis under high pH conditions can better solve the above problems, but the requirements for pretreatment are very high. The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is very low and the operation cost is greatly increased.

            The company optimized the membrane concentration system for high pH operation and developed a high-efficiency membrane concentration process to make ro operate under alkaline conditions and conduct high pH flushing regularly to remove the organic matter and colloid accumulated on the membrane surface. The system can not only overcome the biological pollution, organic pollution, inorganic scaling and colloidal pollution of conventional reverse osmosis, but also overcome the disadvantages of consuming a large amount of alkali and ammonia nitrogen can not be removed when reverse osmosis is operated under alkaline conditions. At the same time, under weak alkaline operation, the requirements of reverse osmosis for pretreatment (hardness and alkalinity removal) are reduced, and the whole system is easier to operate and more stable.


            System flow

                 Firstly, the wastewater is softened by chemical dosing, and then enters the ion exchange hardening unit to remove the residual hardness, and then the carbon dioxide is removed by the degasser. The effluent from the degasser enters the reverse osmosis concentration unit. The system operates under alkaline conditions, and the TDS at the concentrated water side can be concentrated to more than 100000 mg / L.

            Density clarifier unit: specially designed for high salt content water quality, with good hardness removal effect, high sedimentation efficiency and strong load impact resistance.

            Filter unit: variable pore filter or multi-media filter is often used after softening and clarification.

            Resin softening unit: designed for efficient removal of permanent hardness in high TDS environment, and the effluent hardness can be less than 0.1ppm (calculated by CaCO3).

            Decarburizer: remove the residual alkalinity through decarburization tower and decarburization fan to reduce the scaling risk of subsequent systems.

            Reverse osmosis unit: according to the requirements of customer recovery rate and desalination rate, ensure the energy-saving, safe and stable operation of the system.
